Can I change my application details / UCI number / contact details?

Yes. Changes can be submitted using the exam changes form at: https://www.examcentre.org/candidates .

How do I get my results or request a remark?

For results, breakdowns, or remark services: www.examcentre.org/results

Certificates are issued ~4 months after results; collection is free or via recorded delivery for a small fee.

Can I defer my exams to another exam session?

Deferrals are possible only before the deferral deadline. A deferral involves withdrawal and reapplication, and there is a small administrative fee.

Submit the request here: https://www.examcentre.org/withdraw/

Include a clear reason explaining why you are unable to sit the exam this session.

Deferrals cannot be processed once the exam board deadline has passed.

Can I change my GCSE to IGCSE?

Yes. If you have booked the wrong exam type, withdraw the incorrect entry using: https://www.examcentre.org/withdraw/

Once submitted, rebook the correct exam using: https://www.examcentre.org/apply/

In cases where you were advised incorrectly or the exam type was misunderstood, the withdrawal fee may be waived.

Can I pay to receive my results by email?

Yes. Order post-results services at: https://www.examcentre.org/results

If certificate postage was not purchased at booking, it can be added there as well.

I did not receive my results email — what should I do?

If the email service has been paid for, the results will have been sent.

Check spam/junk folders. If still not found, request the email to be resent.

What does the grade or code on my result slip mean?

Queries regarding grading, marks, or interpretation must be directed to the exam board, as the centre does not mark papers.

How do I collect my results?

Results are emailed between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on results release day.

Check inbox → junk → spam folders.

If required, print the attachment yourself.

The earliest in-person collection time is 9:45 AM, but attendance is not recommended as all results are sent electronically.

Can I have a copy of my receipt?

Receipts are emailed automatically at the time of payment. If you cannot find it, please check Spam/Junk and search your email for: RESULTS SERVICES.

When will I receive the outcome?

Priority services typically take 2–15 days. Non-priority services take 4–25 days. Your results will be sent to you as soon as we receive them from the exam board.

How do I get my certificate?

Certificates are issued around 4 months after results release. They are held at the centre for a limited time.

Two options:

1) Collect from the centre (Free). 11am–4pm, Mon–Thu. Bring photo ID.

2) Have it posted — Request postage at: www.examcentre.org/results → Select “Exam Certificates Postage.” One fee covers all certificates posted together.

If someone else collects for you, they must bring:

– Their own ID

– A copy of your ID

– A signed consent letter from you.

Will the posted certificate show the old grade or the new grade?

Certificates are printed after all results updates are final, which is why they are issued 4 months later.

You will receive the certificate showing your final grade.

Do I have to pay for certificate postage now?

You may pay later, ideally before certificates arrive at the centre.

However, most candidates pay for certificate postage at the same time as remark services for convenience.
